Canvas Image Wrapping 101

Your image will be wrapped around the sides of the canvas stretcher bar. Make sure the main subject of your photo is within the red border (front of your canvas) and that none of the important elements are located too close to the edges, as shown below.

If something is cut off or wrapped around the sides that you wish to include in your canvas, you may want to edit your photo using our cropping tool or upload a different photo.

YourPhotoOnCanvas (YPOC) was a canvas printing company used by Costco for their customers. As of January 2023, Costco no longer produced canvas prints through YourPhotoOnCanvas. However, CanvasPeople supplies an identical canvas product and has taken over the print on demand service provided by YourPhotoOnCanvas.

If you previously purchased canvases through Costco, you can expect the same level of quality and craftsmanship from CanvasPeople.

At the moment, we do not have a photo storage service. We are currently working on a new photo album feature which will allow members to store their photos. Coming soon!

Canvas prints generally take 10-12 business days to be delivered. During holidays you may experience delays with the postal carriers.

CanvasPeople is located in the United States. We have offices in New York and California. Our factories are located in Texas, Georgia and California.

We accept JPG and PNG file formats, but highly recommend JPG. If possible, a minimum DPI of 150 is best.

We recommend sRGB as a color profile. Our system is designed to convert RGB images to CMYK for printing. We recommend submitting images as an RGB instead of CMYK, otherwise there can be some loss of data in the multiple file conversions.
