We always send a confirmation email when an order is placed. However, these can sometimes be redirected to your spam or junk folder. Please make us a "trusted sender" in your email program by adding CanvasPeople@email.canvaspeople.com to your safe sender list. We want to be sure you receive all updates on your order and information on the status of your canvas shipment. If you did not receive your confirmation email and do not find it in your spam or junk folder, please contact Customer Service via email to request your order details at email@example.com.
Orders are generally delivered in 7 - 10 business days.* Please allow additional time if you enhance your photo with a special effect. Please note that during holiday season, delivery may take slightly longer due to increased order volume. To ensure your canvas arrives when you need it, please order 10 - 12 business daysprior to the day you wish to receive it, to account for shipping time. *Production times may vary if provided photo does not meet resolution requirements.
This means the photo you selected is below our recommended resolution for the print size you ordered. We recommend you choose a smaller print size or upload a photo with a higher resolution. If you use a digital camera, make sure it is set to a high resolution setting. If you use a scanner, try scanning at a higher resolution. Please note the maximum accepted photo size is 26mb.Please view our resolution requirements here.
Our cropping frame shows how your canvas will look, and crops according to the dimensions of your photo. You may have to try re-cropping in your photo editing program to reduce the size of the photo before you upload it for your order. You may need to scroll up to see the cropping frame again, after you select your size, so you can see exactly how your canvas will look. For best results, use a high resolution photo that will stay crisp and clear no matter how large a canvas you order. If Canvas People alerts you that your photo resolution may be low, you may wish to select a smaller size print option.
At this time we do not offer shipping outside of the Continental U.S., Hawaii, or Alaska. We hope to offer shipping outside the U.S. in the near future.
All requests for replacements or refunds must be submitted within thirty (30) days of the date the canvas is received. All requests for replacements or refunds for damaged canvases must be submitted within seven (7) days of the date the canvas is received. Gift cards are not refundable. Canvases are personalized items, and as such may not be modified or cancelled once an order has been put into production. However, requests to cancel an order and receive a refund may be accommodated provided the request is received no later than 24 hours after the order was placed, and if the order has not yet gone into production.
