The process of creating canvas prints is simple.  The digital image of your photo is printed on to canvas using UV-protected inks.  These non solvent inks are the same quality you will find used in museums and art galleries.  By using high quality inks this ensures your canvas print will last retaining its color, clarity and crispness.  The canvas is made of high quality cotton to produce a depth not possible with paper.  Your print will then be treated with several layers of a UV protection coating, again for durability.  Once you have the print, you can further ensure it lasts a lifetime by keeping your canvas in a dry area. While there is a protective coating, this is not the same thing as water proof.  If you canvas does get wet lightly dab it off with a soft cloth. Avoid putting the canvas in direct sunlit areas.  Sunlight can fade even the most durable images, which is why museums do not have windows anywhere near paintings. Occasionally take a soft bristle brush and dust the canvas. This will keep the dust from dulling the colors.
